We are pleased to share our new collaborative article published in Genes & Development. In this study we identify CDK1 and the CEP97–CCP110 complex as cooperative regulators of centriole length, a control that turns out to be essential for ciliogenesis, Hedgehog signaling, and proper heart and brain development in the mouse.
